Gordon Rainey is the absolute best!! Gordon was our selling agent, and we could not have asked for a better partner in selling our house. I was an absentee owner and this house was coming off being a rental for 6 years. Our original assessment was that home would need a deep clean, a few repairs, and fresh paint to bring it to selling condition. After diving in, we found out that it needed a lot more work than we thought. The repairs included a new roof, fresh paint, carpets, linoleum floor, pluming work, pressure washing, and a million other odds and ends. Gordon handled EVERYTHING!
